Seriedagene har siden oppstarten posisjonert seg som den viktigste TV-seriefestivalen i Norden. Over 700 fagfolk samles i Oslo til fagdag med sesjoner i tre saler, hvor anerkjente bransjeaktører fra inn- og utland deler av sin kunnskap i masterclasses, panelsamtaler, intervjuer og analyser.

Masterclass, Part 1:
Writing for Television - How to build a season (EN)
The first Masterclass of 2024 is a 90-minute interactive experience where everyone is encouraged to contribute, collaborate, and help shape the session. Imagine the thrill of engaging in a dynamic conversation, offering your ideas, and learning directly from the creative force who helped bring to life the political intrigue of House of Cards. Here you will dive into the exhilarating world of screenwriting with one of the industry's most accomplished talents, Beau Willimon.
The Oslo Series Days - Masterclass of 2024 will take place on the 27th September (Friday). There will be served coffee and water throughout the day and lunch is served from 11:30 to 12:00. The lunch is also included in the price. It is important to note that you are only able to purchase a ticket for both Masterclasses and not just either of the two. We follow the first come, first serve practice - so there are a limited amount of places available.
Important to note: Masterclasses will be held at Cinemateket, Dronningens gate 16, in the theatre Lillebill. Masterclasses will not be streamed.

Writing for the Screen with AI (EN)
We'll take a creative journey together through the art of film and television writing with artificial intelligence. This will be a participative session full of exercises and experimental techniques, where we will show you how you can practically use artificial intelligence for inspiration and co-creation in your writing practice. Designed for audiovisual writers, you will leave at the end with an understanding of the ethics of working with AI, a strong grasp of prompt engineering, and a whole new suite of tools and techniques you can comfortably work with.
